Lunch Policies


Students are expected to eat lunch in the lunch area and remain seated in their assigned grade level areas while eating. During rainy weather, the MPR will be open to students.     

All students are expected to throw their trash away and comply with adult directions to clean eating areas.

Students are not permitted to go anywhere other than the designated eating areas until the passing bell rings.  Students going to a classroom must have a pass leaving the lunch area.  

Students may use the athletic fields during lunchtime only when permitted and when supervision is present.  Food, snacks, or beverages are not permitted on the field.  If any ball or equipment goes over a fence into a neighboring yard, students should not go to retrieve the item, but need to report the incident to their teacher or the supervisor. Neighboring fences are off limits at all times.
